At MARAIS, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original MARAIS packaging, ensuring all designer boxes and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Final Inspection & Refund
Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
